  • No. Unless you’re afraid of fun. Then yes.

  • No, you’re never actually trapped or restrained, so you can leave at any time. Our escape games are simulated environments that revolve around completing an objective rather than forcing your way out of a room. That said, there is absolutely no need to use force or break anything open to escape. Bring your brains not your brawn!

  • Never. Our games will always be private experiences. You only play with the people you booked with.

  • Our rooms are designed to be enjoyed by all ages, though we recommend them for adults and teens. That said, there are no discounts given for children or infants.

  • No, we’re not babysitters. Our age policy states that groups under 13 must have at least one paid adult in the room. No exceptions.

  • Yes, however they are on a first-come first-serve basis and are usually only available during weekdays. In order to guarantee a time, we highly recommend booking online to secure your slot. If you’re in the area and want to see if we can squeeze you in, give us a call anytime (630) 894-9300

  • Yes, it’s super simple and straightforward. Once you get here, you’ll scan a QR code to fill one out for you and your group.

  • We get this one a lot. In this case, we highly recommend booking your game online for the minimum number of people you know will make it. This way, you can add on more people upon arrival, just as long as it does not exceed the room’s maximum occupancy.

  • No, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final, just as they would be at a concert or sporting event. It is for this reason that we recommend booking/paying for the minimum then adding more onsite.

  • We get it, life happens. Give us a call to reschedule your room at any time (it helps to have a new date and time in mind) Please note this will result in a $20 reschedule fee upon arrival on your new date.

  • You risk having time deducted from your game. Out of respect for the group booked after you, the clock starts with or without you at your scheduled time, so we highly recommend arriving 10 minutes before your start time to check in, fill out waivers, and use the restrooms.
